Hosted in partnership with Kite World and the Central Florida Kite Club, the City of Cape Canaveral presents kite flying family fun in the sun at the 1st Annual Beach & Kite Fest!  Held at Cherie Down Park, it will be a full day of kite flying and demonstrations by the Central Florida Kite Club and 321 Kite Boarding. Additionally, there will be kite making, hula dancers, Frisbee trick demos, boomerang demos, giveaways—and music by the award-winning local band General Eyes.

The first 100 children at this free event will receive a free kite kit!

Concession sales benefit the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Police Athletic League.
