This year, Thunder on Cocoa Beach Superboat races will be returning for its 8th year on Florida’s Space Coast on May 17th to 21st.  The event, one of the largest in Central Florida, draws the top race teams in the World to compete in various classes with the premier class reaching speeds close to 200 mph. Thunder On Cocoa Beach is the loudest, fastest boat race in Florida, and this year’s race features more world class race teams than even before. Bring the whole family out for five days and nights of race action including race parties, concerts, and chances to see the awesome race boats up close and to meet the teams that make it happen.

Race Day — Sunday, May 21st (Races Start at 12:00 & 2:00)

• Turn 1 — Lori Wilson Park
• Turn 2 — Cocoa Beach Pier

Race viewing is available beachside anywhere between the Cocoa Beach Pier and Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach. Premium race viewing is available with a VIP Ticket at your choice of three VIP Chalets.
